The Crispendorf Holiday Railway invites you to its spring excursions.
Lush green meadows, blossoming shrubs and trees, chirping birds, and a splash of red in the middle.
The Crispendorf Holiday Railway's locomotive "Crispi" invites you to its spring excursions on May 1st, starting at 10:00 AM.
During the 2.1-kilometer journey, you can relax and explore the awakening nature at a leisurely 10 km/h.
Trains will depart from the Festwiese station until 6:00 PM for journeys through the Wisenta Valley.
In addition to our bouncy castle, the "Cafe am Bahnsteig" (Cafe on the Platform) invites you to enjoy lunch, coffee and cake, warm snacks, ice cream, and cool drinks.
The Holiday Railway travels along the Wisenta River and crosses the Saale-Wisenta-Plothengrund circular hiking trail.
The Holiday Railway is a good starting point for a short walk. From the ridge, you can look down at the Saale River, and the Wisenta Dam is within sight.
To ensure the trains can continue running on their narrow 600mm tracks for many years to come, we are looking for volunteers.
Being part of a railway club isn't just about trains. Website maintenance, passenger service,
and technical challenges are just some of the exciting tasks involved.

Our bouncy castle will be set up on all ride days, and we offer ice cream, drinks, and hot snacks.
On weekends and holidays, we also offer coffee and cake between 2 pm and 5 pm.
Additional offers will be announced on our website.
